HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

 

Airbnb

We want to make the booking process as simple as possible for you, which is why all payments for your stay will be processed through the Airbnb website.

Airbnb offers a secure and reliable payment platform that allows you to book your stay with confidence. You can choose from a range of payment options, including credit cards, PayPal, and more, to find the one that best suits your needs.

Packages/ Add-ons

When making a booking with us, we require a deposit for each of our packages and add-ons services. This deposit will secure your reservation, and you will need to pay the remaining balance upon check-in.

Please note that all our packages and add-ons are priced separately, which means that you will need to make a separate deposit for each of the services you are booking.

We strive to provide you with transparent pricing and clear payment terms to help you plan your stay accordingly. If you have any questions or concerns about our deposit policy or payment process, please feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

What are check in & check out times?

​

For the best possible recovery experience, we strongly advise that you check in a day prior to your scheduled surgery. This allows you to settle in, relax, and prepare for your procedure without any added stress or rush. Our check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is11 AM, so please plan accordingly.

However, if your flight gets in before our check-in time, we may be able to make suitable arrangements to accommodate your needs. Please let us know in advance if this is the case, and we will do our best to make your early arrival as smooth as possible.

We want to ensure that you have all the support and care that you need during your stay with us, and we appreciate your cooperation in making arrangements to meet your specific needs. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Are lymphatic massages included?

​

While lymphatic massages are not included in our stay packages, we are happy to offer you one complimentary session as a gift from us. Our highly trained staff will provide you with the best possible experience to ease your recovery process.

What transportation is included?

Please note that transportation is not currently included in our stay packages. However, we offer a range of transportation packages on our Add-On Page that may be suitable for your needs.

What supplies are provided w/ our stay?

To ensure your comfort and safety during your recovery, we provide a range of essential supplies, including bed chucks, disinfectant supplies, gloves for our medical staff, alcohol wipes, and more.

In addition, we offer supply packages that you can add to your stay through our Add-On Page. Our supply packages are designed to meet your specific surgery needs and provide you with the necessary equipment to support your recovery journey.

Whether you're in need of wound dressing supplies, or other essential items, we have a package that is tailored to your unique needs.

What is the address of recovery home?

We will provide you with the address and additional details regarding your stay in our final email. This email will include directions to our recovery home and other essential information that you'll need to know before arriving.

Our team is committed to making your stay as seamless and stress-free as possible. We want to ensure that you have all the information you need to feel comfortable and confident during your recovery journey with us.

Medication/ Prescription Pick-Up?

 

If you are traveling with a companion, we recommend that they pick up your medical prescription prior to your surgery, so you can have it on hand post-operation. However, if you are traveling alone, we offer a prescription pick-up service that can deliver your medication directly to you before your surgery.

To use our prescription pick-up service, simply call the local pharmacy and have your prescription filled. Afterward, please let us know, and we will take care of the rest. Our team will hand-deliver your prescription to you before your surgery, so you have everything you need to support a successful recovery.

We want to make sure that you have everything you need to feel comfortable and confident during your stay with us. If you have any questions or concerns about our prescription pick-up service or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

Meals

 Our weekly post-op meal plan is tailored to meet your dietary requirements, enabling a quick and smooth recovery. The meal plan includes a comprehensive grocery shopping list to ensure you have everything you need to prepare nutritious meals that suit your specific diet. We'll also provide easy-to-follow recipes that anyone traveling with you can use to help with meal preparation. Our healthcare professionals will also be on hand to assist with meal preparation and ensure that you stay well-hydrated throughout your entire recovery period. For those who desire a more personalized meal plan, we offer a range of a la carte services, complete with grocery shopping included.

Add-On Packages

Additional packages may consist of various services such as airport transfers, transportation to and from the surgery facility, assistance with prescription pickups, specialized lymphatic massage packages, and even grocery shopping services.

Please note that these al la carte services are available as options for an additional fee. If you have any specific questions or require further assistance, our customer service team is here to assist you.

Day of Surgery

A few things to keep in mind for day of surgery

-You will not be able to eat anything after 12am day of surgery,

-Make sure to only wear a robe, and night gown day of surgery because they will ask you to undress. Of course your comfy slippers or slides.

-If you have a late afternoon surgery , you may eat early that morning day of surgery.
